Timing and methods of delivery of Products

The Products will be delivered at the place indicated by the Customer in the Order provided that they are placed in the territory of the Italian State, excluding any delivery to post office boxes or similar and/or to parties providing domiciliation services.

Upon delivery to the carrier of the Products covered by the Order, the Seller informs the Customer via email that the Order is "in transit" by providing a link, operational from the first working day following the sending of the email, with which the Customer can check the location of the package containing the Products covered by his Order.

The Seller is free from the obligation to deliver:

with the delivery of the Products to the carrier in the case of a contract concluded with Customer-Professional;
when the Customer-Consumer obtains the material availability of the Products in case of a contract concluded with the Customer-Consumer.
As a rule, delivery times are as follows: from 2 to 4 working days from the date of acceptance of the Order by the Seller, depending on the destination.

The delivery times of the Products are purely indicative and may, in any case, undergo changes due to particular events such as holidays, force majeure or due to traffic conditions and traffic in general or by act of the Authority.

Standard delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing, will take place at the following times: from 9.00 to 13.00; from 14.00 to 18.00, every day, not holidays, from Monday to Friday. The carrier makes the first delivery without notice. In case of absence of the Customer, the carrier notifies the Seller that contacts the Customer at the telephone number indicated in the Order to notify him of the stock of the Products and provide for their release.

Obligations on the Customer to deliver the Products

Upon delivery of the Products by the carrier, the Customer must check that:

the number of packages delivered corresponds exactly to the number indicated on the invoice;
the packaging is intact, undamaged, wet or otherwise altered.
Non-compliance with the number of packages and/or the particulars given in the accompanying document and/or any alteration/imperfection of the packaging, must be immediately challenged to the carrier and the Customer must refuse the delivery of the Products giving immediate notice to the Seller with an email to: info@molinosulclitunno.com accompanied by any photos.

Even in the presence of intact outer packaging, the Customer is required to verify the integrity of the Products inside the packaging within seven days of delivery and within the same period must be reported both to the Seller (by registered mail to be sent to the Seller’s address or by mail to the address info@molinosulclitunno.com ) that to the carrier (whose name and address are indicated in the accompanying document) of any damage and/or defect that present the Products.

Changes to the general terms and conditions

The conditions contained in this document may be modified at any time by the Seller without prior notice; however, the changes will take effect from the date of publication of the new conditions on the Site.
